served over pancetta, roasted broccoli & cauliflower risotto. Topped with basil, red peper coulis. Finished with a tomato relish.

PAN SEARED WILD STRIPED BASS
proscuitto wrapped and topped with onions, garlic, banana pepper, rapini, fennel and tomato saffron broth. Served over Israeli couscous.

GRILLED TWIN LAMB PORTERHOUSE CHOPS
served with sweet pea mashed potatoes, grilled broccoli & carrots and a dark cherry, mint red wine sauce.
